"I have been dancing since I was 5; born with a Latin shoe on one foot and a Ballroom on the other! I have had several breaks for work and family. I came back into it seven years ago to concentrate on my dancing fulltime.
I won many Regional titles in Ballroom and Latin and won the UK National Championships 3 years in a row! I retired from competing 2 years ago to concentrate more on teaching.
Through my teaching, I try to share my passion for these beautiful dances, posture and correct footwork are important but its also important to have fun and feel the music at the same time. I will endeavour to cover as many of the Ballroom and Latin dances as I can but I prefer not to plan too far ahead and see each class as that dance moment.
You can come on your own but preferably with a friend or partner. I always try to dance with everyone through the evening anyway!"
